We provide operational support assistance for all new and existing Franchisees. The Operations Department is a central hub for coaching Franchisees on operational elements to ensure that we provide superior customer service to the entire network of Franchisees. We provide support assistance, consultation and access to resources to address operational needs. The department is managed by the Director of Retail Operations, Corporate and Franchisee, with a team of operational experts who can provide onsite and/or classroom training.

The Marketing Department provides support assistance to Franchisee's marketing, promotional and advertising needs. The Marketing Department provides consultation and resources for creative material (Point of Purchase, in-store marketing, advertising and promotional material) at the request of Franchisees. The department is responsible for the FACES worldwide brand ensuring compliance and consistency throughout the retail network.

The R&D and Quality Assurance Department manages the most important equity of the Company -- the components and production of FACES products and promotions including packaging, ingredients, and labeling. R&D ensures all product quality and consistency in color, product texture, packaging, etc. All research and development of new products and packaging is also carried out here.
